济南黑白印刷紫外荧光防伪技术 在紫外光(200~400nm)照射下,能发出可见光(400~800nm)的特种油墨。按激发光源的波长不同,又可分为短波紫外线激发荧光防伪印刷油墨(激发波长254nm)和长波紫外线激光荧光防伪印刷油墨(激发波长为365nm)。根据油墨有无颜色分为有色荧光油墨和无色荧光油墨两种。其中常用的荧光材料按其组成分类主要有三种。

日光激发变色防伪技术:在太阳光下,能发出可见光(400~800nm)的防伪技术。这种防伪技术从表面上看是由于太阳作用而变色,实质上也是受紫外线照射而变色的。

济南黑白印刷热敏防伪技术:在加热作用下,能发生变色效果的防伪技术。根据变色所需温度的不同,可以分为手温型变色防伪技术和高温变色防伪技术。手温型变色防伪技术是指在34~36℃温度下,能发生变色效果。按照变色方式的差异,又可分为单变色可逆、多变色不可逆和多变色不可逆热敏防伪技术。现在我国已经开发出五种手温型单变色可逆防伪技术,变色方式有:玫瑰红变无色,紫红变无色,蓝色变无色,绿色变无色,橙红色变无色也可设计为有色变成各种其他颜色;三种高温单变色可逆防伪技术,变色方式有:粉红变蓝色、黄变红、红变黑等。热致变色物质可分为无机盐类、配位化合物、有机物(染料分子)和液晶高分子等。
